"We vacationed here for a ski weekend with 4 families - 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall it was a fine house. I wish I had realized the large bunk room is in the loft over the family room. While it was appealing to let the kids have a sleep over it made no sense to put them over the family room unless all the parents were going to go to bed at 8pm. We ended up putting the kids in the smaller bunk room with walls and my husband and I slept out in the open bunk room. Not a big deal, but something to...

"We had a weekend stay to go skiing at Holiday Valley. No snow, so that was a bummer. Travel to the resort is 8.3 miles, about 15 minutes. The travel is so worth the privacy. Chalet was very nice..greaty layout with lots of room. Beautiful wrap around deck! Washer/dryer was great to have. Kitchen could've had a little better amenities. Outside was a little disappointing...cans and candy wrappers around; pond unkept; sleds just laying around; driveway could've used more stone (kinda muddy); chairs...

"We stayed for three days at Windsor Chalet with our two adult children, their "significants" and their dogs . We had hoped for some skiing but needless to say the weather didn't cooperate. Instead we visited near by Salamanca, NY (home of Seneca Allegany Casino, Seneca Gaming, Seneca Iroquois National Museum and nearby Allegany State Park). The park was such great spot to hike with our dog and if you're interested in spending time in the Casino it's really close. We wanted to visit the Museum...

"This house is fabulous. The location is peaceful and serene,and walk-able to town. Its BIG, and has two separate living spaces. One on the main floor and one downstairs. Both spaces have full size gourmet kitchens. So it can comfortably fit two families-if needed. It's SPOTLESS, and stocked with amenities. Steve was a wonderful Host, he made sure we had everything we need. I would rent this house again, I loved it."
