"cant really beat $550 for 6 nights. thats what i paid. really great deal for a trip to Massachusetts. $7-10 uber to the commuter rail. take a weekend and get the weekend pass. this is how to vacation on a budget. get lucky and book it some time in advance. other stuff: room is really clean and has all the hotel essentials, minus some complementary water. "The staff was great. Rooms were quiet. There were two or three people making plates of food at breakfast. They occupied the waffle machines for at least ten minutes, filled multiple plates with eggs, ham, waffles and potatoes. Then they took them out to the waiting cars in the parking lots. I am not even sure if they were guests of the hotel. They also made a mess. "

"This Hotel was much better then I expected. It’s beautiful, clean, staff is super attentive and friendly. Hotel is big and room as comfortable. My family and I had a great time. Highly recommend. If we ever go back to Massachusetts we will definitely stay at The Colonial Hotel again. "
