"The room and restaurant were great, just as depicted. The pool is detached from the building which wasn’t a big deal but was wasn’t clear in the hotel listing. The pool area could use a deep cleaning and the pool and hot tub were quite chilly. The hot tub also had scum on the side which was pretty gross. "

"The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious! I wish there was NO fee to park. I understand a fee if we are in Boston or another major city but Waltham???? Complementary parking would go a long was towards unreserved satisfaction."

"Place was lovely except we had an outlet that didn’t work and our iron didn’t work. We called for a new iron and it took over an hour for a new one. They did have a lint roller for me at the front desk though "

"Room was very clean, very nice, We went to the bar after checking in for food and a cocktail. The bartender was nice but extremely slow We ordered food and on way out of kitchen door dropped 1/2 my sandwich. French fries were hardly cooked and stone cold. I asked for mayonnaise instead of honey mustard, there was no mayonnaise in stock, spouses chicken was ok but his fries were also stone cold. Ordered a burger to go for daughter and asked for toppings on the side, nope, everything on...

"Ran out of food at the breakfast. They made more but it took a while and I had to leave."
