It is immediately across from the airport and a bit difficult to cross the road but there is shopping right behind with lots of options for meals, a park right next door with small zoo for the children, and an excellent educational free Asia Museum right next door. "This quaint hotel is in a quiet area but still walkable to the more commercial areas (10-20 min walk depending on where in Nice you are going). All the front desk staff I interacted with were so friendly and helpful. The elevator was not working the first half of my stay but was fixed within a few days.
