A couple of minor niggles with internet, signal was poor as basement room, and wired network cable/socket broken (as a network engineer I was able to rectify this myself) customer service desk answered quickly to queries that I had. Large room with a desk and full size bathtub which was a welcome luxury after a busy week. Great location at the top of Reigate Hill."

However, we did notice a couple of minor issues: there were only two towels in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
