"Overall, a very pleasant experience for an overnight stay of that price. The reception staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival as well as when I had an issue with my car tyre from 9pm to almost 1am- which was greatly appreciated. The lady at reception assured me that there was no issue if i was to have to leave my car for the day even after checkout. "I have just stayed at the Queensgate Hotel on a business trip. The staff were superb from check in to leaving. The hotel was very clean. I was using a function room for the purpose of my travel. The staff set the room up after asking my requirements and were very accommodating to any needs of the delegates attending the training.
