"The hotel is in the heart of Charlottetown and is a stones throw from lots of shopping, food and sights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room were confyband clean. Always enjoy staying there."

"very personable staff.. room staff exemplary...room was very well kept. nice to have the complimentary tea & coffee 24/7!!!! nice room up front for families eating or gathering for pizza. was a bit noisy with rambunctious kids and revellers into the night, but we are great grandparents, so did not deduct points for that!"

"Lovely hotel with an excellent breakfast. Close to downtown attractions. Pillows on beds were very uncomfortable. We were in a group of 6 and we all felt the same way about pillows. Unfortunately, it adversely affected our rest. If I stay again, I would bring my own pillow for sleeping. "
