"Located outside the tourist areas in a clean, safe neighborhood that I enjoyed walking through. Calling a Grab was easy and sometimes available before I could get to the ground floor. Several major malls within a 30 minute walk or 10 - 15 minute Grab ride (due to traffic in those areas). Rooms were decent sized though cost possibly a little higher than what might be expected for Philippines. Showers were always hot and service in the hotel very responsive. Many restaurants available for delivery...

"Excellent buffet breakfast, the kids love the kiddie pool. It is close to Deca Mall where the kids go everyday to the playhouse and come back to a quiet, comfortable, secure hotel. Hotel starr is easy to work with."
