"I like the exit directly into Gateway Mall. We ate Thai food on the first evening, and from the food court the next two nights. There are great breakfast places just 5 minutes away (walking), and i could purchase quality coffee from a shop on yhe hotel lobby. We'll be returning on our next trip through Manila."

"The room was not cleaned, unless we asked the young man in charge, and after paying him cash. There was no toilet paper, the breakfast had a long list of choices but couldn't provide. They would go to a nearby street food vendor and bring us something with always rice in it. It's strange for us to eat rice for breakfast. The location is in a very populated dirty area where you have to be very attentive not to fall in an open sewerage well. The smell is terrible. I don't recommend this hotel...
