"New, clean facility, rooms clean and comfortable. Pool and exercise room were in excellent condition. Workout area temperature was set higher than my preference. I had 2 rooms reserved through expedia for family, upon check in I was told the rooms were on different floors, the staff was able to change the rooms so that they were close to each other on the same floor."

"I was pleasantly surprised. Did not expect much from the last-minute long weekend booking. This is a family business. Owners are doing all they can to make the stay pleasant for their guests. The room was nice clean and comfortable. Slightly dated to be fair. The biggest pleasure was the quality of the food in the restaurant. We chose to have dinner there for two nights. Located 10 minutes away from everything in the area. "

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room.
