"Staff are friendly and nice when greeting us at arrival. A senior male staff speak good English. Hotel supplied us complementary bottle water to drink. The room and beds are comfortable. Dining room is nicely set up. Breakfast are good with lots of varieties. I would recommend Hotel IL Credo Gifu to friends and relatives."

"The room was spacious and i love it, comfy bed. Kinda old style room but good, although the aircon is not functioning right.. But, I think they really have to improved the breakfast buffet setting.. i mean it was bad. When we came there is no even plates, spoons forks cup & glass to use.. we have to wait for 5-10mins.. Foods are almost gone, staffs are panicking.. poor services we've been on different hotels breakfast buffet but this place will leave you speechless.. they really have to do...
