There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor....

I have to manually remove the room card each time to turn turn on the sockets and television. I believe this can be easily rectified by connecting especially the tv socket to the inverter. "The location is great but price is quite high considering the very very poor services in the hotel. I spent 3 nights there but didn’t sleep well in any of the night. Pillows are too hard. I couldn’t use the towels as they already turned brown. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches in my room. The toilet paper was of the lowest quality. The breakfast was just omelet and bread, unbelievable for the price they charge. I will rate them 2/10"
