"I guess this people lied about the facilty it's not a real hotel, it's really sad that no back up plan for power outage, the swimming is more like a fish pond it's not in use . The generator cannot power the A/C .while people lie about their facility. No enough towel .i think i will make a claim"

After we complained, they changed the bedsheets immediately but changed the room the next morning. Breakfast was only served once out of the six days we stayed in this property. There was mold everywhere in the bathtub and shower. The bottom of the bath tub itself was stained. The internet didn't work. The list goes on. I went to try to have dinner at the restaurant and ninety percent of the things on the menu were not available. One of the elevators did not stop correctly and was not even with the floor....

"Amazing service. Great management! Just had a hard time with the power switch from generator to regular power. I have to manually remove the room card each time to turn turn on the sockets and television. I believe this can be easily rectified by connecting especially the tv socket to the inverter.
