"Despite failure to notify us that three days we would have to endure Jack hammers drills and work going on from 8am to 5pm and terrace would be out of bounds I will give the hotel full marks as anyone coming here on will not need to endure that. "Its basic but clean. Can be noisy at night due to the stag and hen type groups. Quite a few rules to follow and check in can be a little slow if in a large group. Staff checked the room when checking out and returned the damage deposit straight away. "

"All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx"

"Really lovely hotel with excellent and friendly staff who went out of their way to be helpful. It is located a few minutes walk from tram and a very short walk from the beach. Lovely swimming pool but a bit chilly in February! There was some renovation work being done but we were very happy it was being kept to a minimum of disruption. "
