"The villa is lovely and set in a great location. It’s walking distance to bars and restaurants and we often caught the bus which is a short walk away, into the old town. The pool was enjoyed by all and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The games room was a bit tired and we didn’t spend much time in there. There were a few outdoor areas we found that hadn’t been cleaned and a couple of issues but communication from Sue was very good. Overall we had a lovely holiday. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The most positive aspects are the outdoor spaces with the massive pool, incredible view and the patio area. Inside, apart from the disappointing kitchen, the rooms are of a very good size and are nicely decorated with each having a slightly different personality. The place could do with a bit of maintenance like lights that don't work, shower hoses that leak etc, which did take the shine off a little bit. "Stayed here for a week, 4 adults 2 children. Some minor negatives, there’s no oven but there is a combi microwave. Furniture had signs of wear and minor staining. Otherwise it’s comfortable and well equipped. Lots of positives. Property is split into two separate apartments which suited us perfectly. It’s in a cul de sac and was therefore a very quiet area. "The property worked well for all of us. We had lots of room with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We utilized the outdoor kitchen as our main kitchen to cook and entertain. The use of the ping pong table and pool were used daily. Our host walked us through the property upon arrival and was available if we had any further questions. "This is our third year staying in’Emilia’ It is ideal for the large family holiday of all ages in an ideal location with good local amenities and fabulous beach ! It has an upgraded gas bbq which is a huge bonus! The points that require improvement are an upgrade to the tired and temperamental washing machine,dishwasher and fridge freeezer on ground floor and bed linen that doesn’t fit the double bed on first floor !
