"We had an amazing stay at Shamrock. The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help, even offering us a golf cart ride when moving around the neighborhood. The hotel and room decor was absolutely beautiful and we were blown away by the attention to detail. Though breakfast was not included, we were given a generous amount of drink tickets which we could use for various coffees, juices, etc. The restaurant had a varied menu of delicious options. We will definitely be returning next time...

The only thing I'd mention that could be a negative is that there are no elevators so if you're in the 3rd floor, it's a bit of a chore getting to your room late at night when you're feeling good, if you know what i mean. But that's the only complaint. I love this place. I stayed two different times while in Chiang Mai. 100% worth the price. "
