"Overall, a convenient location but a little hard to find tucked away on some back streets. Drivers had trouble locating it. Hosts were very nice and welcomed us upon arrival with a small thank you gift upon departure. Beds were comfortable, air-conditioning was good upstairs and fans adequate downstairs. Hot water was marginal. Downstairs shower was not really useable due to its design. Rooms were nice size, but minimally furnished. The place was older than I expected from the pictures, but...

"The hotel is nice with a great location for NewYears Eve party and fireworks. The place is dated (pool, spa, fitness, bathroom, windows) but provided good service when requested. For the price of the hotel, breakfast should be included. I would stay here again, especially for New years Eve. The Sunday Night market is without 5 minutes. "

"This place is a hidden gem! You would not know it from the outside red brick wall, but inside, it is a beautiful oasis of peace and tranquility. Carved wood architecture, staggered levels and ramps give it a great ambiance with lots of privacy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area with snack and drink options was very convenient. We were within close range of a good variety of eating and bar options close to markets. "

"Very modern design, staff were so friendly! Located on the Sunday Night Walking Street. Pretty pool. No elevator. There was a weird, camouflaged step in our room that we kept almost injuring ourselves on. The room itself was very cute with a great balcony view of pool."

"We were pleasantly surprised by this little boutique hotel. It is located in a quiet alleyway in the heart of the old town, surrounded by many cafes, restaurants and temples. The hotel is tastefully decorated. The pool was just big enough for us and we enjoyed having a couple of beers in the courtyard. The staff was very nice, helpful and spoke pretty good english. We would definitely recommend Taphae Loft and would stay again."
