"This is a beautiful hotel with great views of the river and countryside. It is quiet and the rooms are very nice. I used the private baths with no waiting. The bar is a great whisky and wine bar. Complimentary ramen was very nice and filling. Other snacks are also given free. Staff were so friendly, and managed around my language barrier with ease and friendliness."

"The room is spacious. However, the staff is not so helpful. We requested them to make a reservation at a restaurant serving crabs and they said it's fully booked. But when we went there to ask, there were tables available. Also when we arrived, we were asked to park at a carpark 2 blocks from the hotel. We noted there was a carpark right at the hotel building. We tried asking the reception if we could park our car at hotel and she said there is height restriction. However, I don't think my car...
