"This hotel refused admission till l paid again even though l had my confirmed booking and receipt from Hotels.com. I had to pay another 60,000 naira for a tiny room with a single bed . l had booked a double delux room with breakfast. They are scammers.. I contacted Hotels.com and they tried to contact the hotel but could not get any answer. I have not received any refund up to now from Hotels.com or the hotel. This is theft and totally unacceptable"

"What an amazing place. One of the best service experience I’ve received Nigeria. The cleanest hotel in Nigeria. The staff were just exceptionally professional, I can’t fault anything here. The only thing I can say is probably not within the control of the hotel as it’s very common in Nigeria. If they can find a way round the one minute power switch over from generators. That will be great. All in all, I will use again and again. "
