"Recommend to stay here. Very new and clean hotel short cut walk 5 min to the Nagano station super convenient. Nagano Station walk to this hotel with the elevator access easy for our big luggage. And so near to station East gate No 23,24 were buses to snow monkey park and Hakuba. We had a triple room with 3 single bed super spacious room with sofa relax area. Clean and conform bed. "Stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect spot for skiing. Just opposite the beginner slope chair lift and only a short walk from the ski school. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, especially the man at reception. We really appreciated the buffet dinner after long days of skiing. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here. Rooms are very cosy and beds are comfy."
