"The only negative I can say is that the entrance to the hotel is not the easiest to find.l because you see the restaurant advertisement and not the hotel. However, that is such a minor complaimt. The room was clean and safe. The staff was so pleasnt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel was also ideally located to the tram and other locations. I highly recommend."

"My family and I stayed at this hotel while we were visiting a family member studying at the Uni. We were absolutely blown away by the accommodations. The staff was helpful and friendly. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate. The breakfast is excellent. It is right on the tram line, so we were able to travel all over Frieburg. It is right by a bakery, ice cream shop, drugstore, grocery store, an a couple of restaurants. When we are in Freiburg again, we will definitely stay here."

"Great place to stay on our trip to visit Colmar and other regional Christmas markets. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant upon arrival for an amazing meal. Our room was modern, clean, quiet, and comfortable (I might be too tall for the shower though). No issues except on one instance we detected cigarette smoke from possibly an adjacent room. "The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."
