"Bed had a concave sagging mattress. Room hot with only a fan opened window too loud from wedding. Fan turns off if you leave room. Shower gel in shower empty. Large hotel but put non wedding guest directly opposite wedding with open patio doors. "

"This is a super hotel in the heart of Grantham. Having flown in from the US and wanting an early check in, I was told no rooms were ready. When pressed, receptionist said I could pay $10 an hour for early check and hey presto a room was suddenly available... I found this very disappointing and distasteful customer experience. "

"The room that we stayed in was huge and had everything that we needed. It’s a shame that they don’t offer breakfast as we had an evening meal in the bar which was lovely. Couldn’t check in until late afternoon which was also a shame but thankfully it was a dry day and we could take a walk along the river and village - could they not set up some sort of keysafe check in system so could at least get into the room (other places that we’ve stayed at have done this and it worked well but completely...

Well stocked bar . Room very tired perfect temperature not over hot Great location to travel around local area . Even saw the Royal Fly pass for kings birthday travel to the troop of colours for the kings flying from local RAF Coningsby home of the Lancaster Bomber. We will be back Oh fabulous...

"It was convinent location room very specious. Downside was the door in bathrooms are dirty and carpet could use vacuuming. It was ok for what we wanted. "

Also, we said we are gluten intolerant and he said he would let chef know- chef coincidentally appeared in the hallway on the way to our room and said what a great choice there will be for breakfast! Very welcoming and accommodating here! "
