"Overall the property was clean,moden and had everything needed for our stay.However,the pull out bed was not v user friendly and uncomfortable which was disappointing!I think the lodge was catered more for 6 people particularly the sofa area,not enough seats.There was also a issue with the back door as in it was stiff to open.We enjoyed our stay and loved relaxing in the hot tub,many thanks"

"Great stay but not entirely suitable for a wheelchair. Had to remove the rims from my chair and two small steps inside were a bit annoying but nevertheless we will be back. Booking agent fee was excessive adding almost £100 to the cost"

"Was surprised how very near the main road it was and the parking spot was rather awkward. The ad makes it look rather village-y where in fact it is really urban. That said, it is a lovely house, well kept and we enjoyed our stay. Very near everything you need."

"Expensive. advertised hot tub but we must have misunderstood there wasnt one, and think the amneties meant a bath tub, very old decor like it or hate it i didnt like it, smelt old and damp garden furnture ready to colapse on you as seemed rotten . I couldnt wait to leave the area made up for it though close to some beautiful beaches and nature reserves which was why we stayed in the area, sorry but wouldnt stay again"

"I recently stayed here with my partner, our 8 month old, a couple of friends and our dog, we had great communication with the property owner he is so kind and helped us out with anything we needed. "We arrived on the Friday. Directions and check in excellent . The house was just as described in the listing and finished to a great quality. Good access to Lincoln, we ordered a Chinese takeaway which they were able to find no problem. Took a taxi into Lincoln on the Saturday evening and was very reasonably priced. Disappointed not to see the Red Arrows but thats my fault. Joking aside, if you need a smart comfortable place to stay with easy access to town, look no further."
