"The people at the reception desk were incredibly nice and polite. The breakfast was really good. The area is good also with a nearby town that has a lot of dining options. Just be aware there is a large deposit that you have to put on the room and a lot of rules such as cleaning the entire apartment before checking out or you will lose a portion of the deposit depending on what you didn’t do. "We arrived on Ascencion day from the little yellow train to no bus or taxi from Villefranc to the hotel - locals gathered together at the station to take us to the hotel in a private car - refused to accept any payment. Next day we needed to do washing, again let down by taxi's to get to laundry (at the local supermarket and a local again gave us a lift but let down again by taxi's to return (not far enough).
