"The hotel is positioned right across from the lake. Beautiful and tranquil property. Breakfast mostly fruits, eggs, juice, coffee and African tea. The rooms need upgrades, remodeling, better colors on the wall, better paintings. TV in the room did not work. WiFi here is terribly bad and horrible. Those things management and owners need to take into account and fix it. Also, when you pay for your stay thru Expedia they automatically receive notification that customer paid but when you check in...

"We had a very bad experience there. We had a confirmation for two nights in a dormitory for two adults.. However, on reaching there, they claimed to receive no acknowledgement and said they will allow for one night only. The rate we paid would cover only 1 night. The owner was very rude on the phone and refused to entertain the booking. He said we were welcome to complain to anyone / anywhere. He said he would de list from hotels.uk website.. We had to check out next day and search for another...

"Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht und insgesamt 3 benutzt, da in einem Zimmer nach 1 Tag die Toilette wegen eines Lecks das Bad unter Wasser setzte. Die eingestellten Fotos täuschen eine Qualität vor, die diese Unterkunft schon lange nicht mehr hat. Die Zimmer sind klein, ein Teil in Rundhütten, 4 Zimmer in einem extrem hellhörigen Haus. Die Ausstattung (Möbel; Betten: Beleuchtung) ist miserabel, alt und alles ist schlecht unterhalten. Die Betten sind total durchgelegen und zu klein für 2 Personen...
