"Unique colour of building. I asked who I believe was the manager if they did food. Yes came the reply, “what time” I asked, “I don’t know, 7.00, 7.30, no - 8.00” Are there any restaurants nearby the are open at 6.30 to 7.00 - “I don’t know” Are there any in Pozzallo? - “yes, but don’t know any of them” Room was dark and unwelcoming. Facilities on offer are bettered by most guest houses and simple bed and breakfasts. Never is this a 3 star hotel - avoid - you have been warned."

Very well appointed and spotlessly clean room. The B&B staff were fantastic - so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"The room was very nice, but being winter, it took a while to get warm There were some snags that were resolved swiftly There is no parking at the property, but there was free parking very close by, which for the time of the year it was no problem at all"

"We booked a “Superior” room as it cost only a few extra Euros/night but ended up with a standard room (smaller and zero view). They gave us a discount on departure but make sure you get the Superior if you book Superior. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"From the detailed emailed directions through the labyrinth of Ibla to the beautiful room and abundant breakfast this little gem lacked gor nothing. Staff is exceptionally kind. I felt more like a guest in someone's exquisitely updated but historical home."

"This hotel is somewhat under construction so the living room is not set up well but the staff is excellent, the breakfast options were good (with real cappuchino - not from a machine!) and there is an elevator so we didn't have to lug suitcases up a stairway. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping came in every day. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, markets and a barbershop!"

"I LOVED this palazzo that is still owned by the son and his wife. It is pretty, charming, full of family antiques, with a beautiful courtyard below, sparkling lights and an art gallery. Very kind owners and staff. It is a BnB and not a hotel so you are on your own but absolutely lovely."
