"Had a very nice stay. The hotel is beautiful in a convenient area. Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was included and was fantastic - probably the best (included) breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. Deducted one star due to the shower. The water pressure was very weak and water was barely coming out of the shower head. Other than that, would recommend staying here. "

"Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you will need. Nice location with access to Queensbury and a short drive to Lake George village. I particularly loved the outdoor and indoor pools and the spa. We have been staying at the GE lodge for years and this hotel was nicer with significantly less hassle. Nice breakfast too. Overall a great hotel."

"very clean and staff was courteous and attentive. Wouldve liked the room to have a stocked refridgerator with beverages and snacks,or vending on the floors. A jacuzzi at the pool area would be a plus. Room service for the restaurant."

"We love the pool area especially for the children , water is clean and well kept area. It’s a cozy atmosphere there . "

"Staying in a castle is certainly unique. Staff was very accommodating. Dinner option was good. Breakfast was more challenging, as we are travelling by bike, not car, so nothing open nearby. The property is very close to the trail, so convenient. "

"Our TV was not working correctly (at all for NBC) and they could not fix it. Inconvenient at the most but disappointing given the US Golf Open was on. We were given a free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. The AC/Heating was unusual and we were glad the window being open was an option. Just not what one would expect from a Hilton facility. Hence the overall "Good" in stead of "Excellent". The outside is lovely in the sunshine."
