We were able to get a late check out and when we turned up at 2 o’clock one hour before check-in, our room is ready and we were able to get in. as it was our anniversary we had a little plate two small sponge cakes with happy anniversary written in chocolate left in a room on arrival which was a lovely touch. "Lots of on-site parking, easy walk into town, its bed only no breakfast but that was fine for us, oddly there was no one on site, access to the property was by emailed code which was tapped into the front door access panel, but that was OK for us, same with the rooms. The only staff member I saw and spoke to was the cleaner. "
