"For the £48 I paid it was excellent value for money. I had a lovely large room with see views. It was clean and the window opened so that I could take in the sea air. The bathroom was clean and fresh. The bed was comfy, I slept sound and woke to the dawn chorus. Didn't have breakfast as I didn't need to. "

Second morning was a great improvement. Comfortable room apart from a temporary heating failure , quickly resolved. "
