"Stay was pleasant until we went for our breakfast which we were told on checking in it was until 11 o clock .we went for breakfast myself my husband and my grandson at 9.55 to which we were told it finishes at 10 but everything was cleared away.we got no satisfaction from the breakfast staff and when we complained at reception we’re told nobody had any authority to refund our breakfast.!!!after insisting they found someone in authority after 20minutes the receptionist came back saying they would...

"Hull City Centre Holiday Inn was great for food, shopping and the Connexin Live. It was very clean and we had a comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good but would benefit from two hot drinks dispenser as there was always queues. Overall I would recommend staying here. "

"The set up is that of an american motel so not a hotel set up but more like miniature apartments that all have their own entrance doors which is quite cool. We were facing a main road and even with windows closed its really noisy so I'd recommend earplugs. The room itself was fine! Cant complain at all for the price. The linen was clean. A lot of the room is old and damaged i.e. lampshades, extremely dusty lighting, damaged bath tub etc. but everything did work as it should. Staff were friendly....
