The hotel itself was adequate although small, the room we stayed in was very small and basic although it still had a lot of the facilities you need, including a safe and a hot water machine for making tea/coffee. "Staff are polite and responsible. A female receptionist on duty helped my wife and myself book a taxi for our cruise trip. Accidently, I left my handbag, which contains our passports and credit cards, at the backseat of the taxi. When I found the problem ten minutes late, the taxi had long gone. We had another taxi back to the hotel. The lady comforted us and immediately called the driver. The driver confirmed the bag was still in his car. The story had a happy ending, surely due to the efforts...
