"This was very terrible very dirty The night I stay with no AC I have to move out and mainly I go down and come in with them. They don’t do anything. They cannot change the room need my money back. "It was my first experience with shared dormitories, and I enjoyed it a lot. The staff is very willing to help in any way possible. The only suggestion I have is to contact them after booking a room because the details about whether it is a mixed or female dormitory are not very clear."

"This hostel is in a pretty good location, close to a lot of restaurants, easy walk to the nearest subway station (Bugis), and within walking distance of some attractions. The hostel itself is pretty basic, the beds are pretty private with the curtains, which is nice, but there is no kitchen or main common area besides the rooftop deck. "Sarah runs this place and is super friendly and helpful. It has everything i would want from a hostel, its clean, quiet at night, has good wifi and is in a good location. Note: when trying to find it, its located up one floor from the ground. Would certainly recommend."

"A weight bench a one set of dumbbells is not a gym. I couldn’t vouch for access to the pool, because there was no one at reception during my checkin, checkout or stay. The signs say male showers are on each level but they are either on alternate levels. The showers are adequate but annoying that you have to exit the shower to turn them on. Suggestions, perhaps a shelf in the capsule to put charging devices on, and a towel. I thought towels were standard with ‘bedding supplied’ accommodation now!"

"Saw roaches crawling on my bed the first hour I was there. I didn’t sleep in my bed the first night. Requested a sheet & pillow change and she did. Kept my lights on 24/7 & sprayed bug spray on my bed to prevent anything else from crawling on there. "

"Process checking in is not reliable though expected to self checkin. Signed document attached is also not clear. Poor checkin. Once paid one should be able to access code immediately not last minute. Wi-Fi at reception poor. Won’t recommend the place. "

"Amenities were excellent with the Hougang Mall 1. Eating places and supermarkets are well within reach. Gym and pool are good.
