"this property was great with almost a full kitchen. however our check in was less ideal we arrived early and room was not available (fair enough) but after a long drive needed to use a washroom. there was one in sight in thw reception area but we were told this was for staff. no exceptions. this was a directive from the manager. we found somenpublic bathrooms on our own but were not directed there by the person at the reception. not very customer/client centered"

"Excellent place to stay in Blenheim—clean, comfortable rooms, with easy access to all the Marlborough wineries. They also had a Netflix guest pass for the TVs in the room (though the wifi was a bit slow at times). The hosts were around whenever we had a question: they were very nice and friendly. Bonus: we met their two little kittens and they were happy to have us hang out with them. Nice and charming little spot perfect for our two-night stay in Blenheim. "

My ferry was already a late arrival but due to weather, we were delayed by hours! The motel worked with me on both my arrival and check out times! They were kind, understanding, and flexible! "This is a beautiful central boutique hotel. The bedrooms are of the highest standard with an amazing attention to detail with lovely personal touches. Easily a match for any 5 star hotel. Lovely bedding, super soft towels, top level bathroom. The best hotel bedroom I encountered on a 5 week canter around NZ and that includes the Park Hyatt in Auckland and the Hermitage in Mount Cook which are both fab. The owners are hands on, really friendly and super helpful. I never expected to find this...
