Fraser was most helpful and this is a great place to stay after walking the Abel Tasman. t The walk to the city centre was an easy walk with Great food and friendly people. Great little spacious motel unit very close to Nelson city. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was great! Lovely owners who were very helpful. My unit was right on the main road and I had a lovely leafy outlook from the windows and sliding door, but did have a lot of street noise and people walking past. However that was not a problem at all at night time and did not affect me sleeping. Was really happy with this motel!

Thank you Fraser and Kelly, thoroughly enjoyed my stay. These two take immense pride in their facility and their guests' happiness. The Admirals is a lovely facility in close proximity and walking distance to the city centre, greenspace and quiet neighbourhoods. A quick bus ride gets you to beautiful Tahunanui Beach area. Easy to get to Abel Tasman National Park or stay in Nelson and experience a nice 30 min. hike to Centre of New Zealand. Great restaurants, cafes and retail shops. Beautiful area. Will definitely be back to Nelson.

Fantastic place to stay
Lovely and very clean looks newly painted. Hosts Frazier could not be more helpful and obliging, cleaning ladies were fantastic. All credit to their profession and personality. No wonder the motel is nearly always fully booked. Would recommend.
