"Beautiful and new apartment with everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Very spacious with every convenience including state of the art kitchen appliances and a separate laundry room with new washer and dryer. Beautifully decorated and comfortable throughout. Living room opens to a private garden and sitting area. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!"

"The unit was a great layout, good location, had everything we needed. However unfortunately there was a strong musty smell when we first entered & lingered the whole time. Whenever the place was closed up for a few hours, when we re-entered it was really strong again. Quite disappointing "

"This was our family’s first trip to NZ and we enjoyed every single moment spending it in Nelson. This home was in a perfect location. close distance to downtown, groceries and Center of New Zealand Hike. It was so comfortable for our group to stay. If I was to make a suggestion it would be to spruce up the yard space and deck for outdoor activities. We will definitely recommend it and hope to be back someday soon."

"We enjoyed our stay in Nelson, the space was comfortable for 6 adults, and the view was lovely. Well equipped kitchen even though our stay wasn’t really long enough to cook much more than simple breakfasts. I would say that we didn’t really consider it walking distance to town, given that it was straight up/down and we are all fairly fit people. Carrying groceries or supplies would have been next to impossible. That said, we had a car so it wasn’t an issue, just a note for future guests. "
