"I've been to 29 countries so far and I've travelled to many cities here in Thailand where I now live and I honestly can't believe that this is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. It took me by surprise. The room was very clean. Spotless. I'm a clean freak who will look for a hair all over the room and I couldn't find one. "Fresh and clean friendly staff, good parking, free coffee and snacks, will go back again."

"Wifi - did not work or slow Wifi - the password changes daily so you have to go and get a new one from reception every 24 hours(no one had explained this to us so we did not know why the wifi had stopped working). Wifi - use either phone or laptop NOT both.If you try you are kicked off. We we were placed in a room around the back from the main hotel. We had asked for a high room on the upper floors and were on the ground floor. No tea/coffee in the room. Overpriced."

"Nice, cheap place to stay in Bangsaen. Friendly checkin and checkout process. Room was very spacious and bed was very big, great value. Bed could have been more comfortable though."

"No WiFi (have problem at that time),no hair conditioner and no rack for keep in properly location in bath room.Also still be dirty after re-making room.Television was not in good condition, remote control not working and bad signal cable caused the picture was not clear.The second day no bath room towel preparing. The last thing,no power supply in the afternoon of the second day stay. This hotel is not ready for support the customers."

This tiny hotel is one of the best in 29 countries

"I've been to 29 countries so far and I've travelled to many cities here in Thailand where I now live and I honestly can't believe that this is one of the best hotels I've ever been to. It took me by surprise. The room was very clean. Spotless. I'm a clean freak who will look for a hair all over the room and I couldn't find one. They have all the little things for the bathroom like the shampoo, the soap, the toothbrush, toothpaste, even a comb! Plus, two robes and two nice sleepers. The shower and bathroom are clean!! The bed has controls for all lights in the room. The staff is friendly. They have a cute little backyard outside and a nice café that is open until midnight and a cute little lobby that is adorable and clean. Free water in the fridge too, plus a safe if you need it ( not sure why you would in Thailand ). And all of this at like 1/10 of what you'd pay for the same type of a hotel in America or Europe! I will absolutely be back!!"
