"5/5 for everything. Staff was kind and helpful. Restaurant was delicious and offered great promos for food/drink and even had trivia night. Room and facilities are well kept. Won our group over with the heated towel warmers. Absolutely adorable room. Beds were so comfortable. Price and location right in the middle of all sorts of stores, cafes, etc was unbeatable. "

"Clean and tidy. Heating was playing up but we had extra heaters in our room and were perfectly cosy. The bathroom had a couple of minor faults and we had particularly loud neighbours but all in all pleasant experience. Food good and service excellent.. "

"Lovely stay, with unexpected extras, like the sloe gin sample in the room, coffee machine & kettle, pillow mist & lovely toiletries - some really lovely touches - room styling was very bespoke, with quality décor, styling & was very well presented. Service levels do need improvement however, with the need for additional hospitality staff training & attentiveness, whilst not forgetting previous table service requests - the restaurant was only 1/3 full, but the staff looked very overrun. "The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Excellent location, although the carpark is very small and was fully occupied by the time I arrived. Customers using the hotel restaurant. Public parking is nearby at £1 a night. The room was very clean and well presented, however some of the furniture is rather tired looking. There's a good choice of quality tea, coffee biscuits and bottled water in the room. I'm very happy with my stay. Sadly I had to leave early and missed the breakfast. "

"Great comfortable dog friendly hotel in Reading with free Parking. We were given a larger room at no extra cost, when they saw our dog. Nice friendly staff. A little bit of dust round the lights etc, but certainly nothing that would put me off staying again."
