"It is a lovely hotel and was decorated really nicely for the festive season. We didn’t eat here but the bar area was very relaxed and dog friendly. The staff were very courteous and professional. The views from the hotel are wonderful. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. "

While I understand that such deposits are customary, it would have been beneficial if the hotel had explicitly indicated that contactless payment was not an option. The only payment methods available were chip and pin or card number. Fortunately, I had my card number readily available, as I would have been unable to check in without it. "I visit the hotel a couple of times now for business trips, great hotel to stay, friendly staff "

"The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm."
