"It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The first room was comfortable and a very good size. My second Max room (same grade as first room) was tiny shoe box, but equally priced to the much bigger room. The nightly fee I didn't realise was double the average hotels on this app, I booked without researching prices. So you can find very good for almost half the price. "The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. The wall colours were so depressingly decorated with a single red panel meant to brighten up the rooms. Breakfast was minimal ( compared for example with IBIS in Calais). The shop bought...

"A few blocks walk from Colmar train station on flat surface instead of cobblestone roads. You can order breakfast the day before and pick it up after 8:30 am. Short walk to old Colmar and Petite Venice. Stayed in 2 bedroom duplex with balcony and full kitchen. Highly recommended "
