"Arrived by bicycle which was securely housed. Breakfast & tax was extra. The glass door to the shower wet room seemed impractical to us. The kettle was appreciated. The restaurant was popular on the night we stayed. Breakfast was very good. "

"Check in was weird as the reception was closed. There was an envelope with our room key. Room was OK but very small and the shower could not be closed due to weird construction. The shower floor was very slippery. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There is no restaurant and the nearest place to eat is some kilometers across a rather steep descent."

"Unfortunately although we had planned to stay overnight in Turckheim, our usual hotel had to close for emergency work, so this booking was a last minute decision. Although the location was right, we felt that the accommodation was very basic. The bathroom was clean but rather threadbare, with no extractor fan although it was in the corner of the bedroom. Parking was extremely difficult, and we had some distance to access the hotel carrying our luggage. We could not leave anything in the car...
