Not smiling, straight/poker face when she talked to us but we saw her smiling and very helpful with Japanese guests. I hope im mistaken but this should be addressed by hotel management either way. "

"The room I received was one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. It was a standard room. I realize it was November, the off season, but the rate was very reasonable as well. The view was amazing night and day. The location of my room allowed me to leave the curtains open 24/7. To wake up to that view was amazing and the lights at night were equally relaxing.
