I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, 5 years apart, yet the property has maintained its condition so well as if it was grand opening. The room is bright and spacious compare to the local standard. The public bath is really a treasure. Buffet breakfast offers a wide range of varieties. I will definitely stay here again.

Due to the challenges of booking a hotel in our preferred Tokyo area during peak season, my family and I decided to stay in Chiba instead. We chose this hotel for its affordability and convenient location between our travel points. The hotel is only a 5-10 minute walk from Chiba station, where you can find many shopping malls and restaurants, some of which are similar to those in Shinjuku. However, it's important to note that the room is very small. If you need to stay in room for long, it might not be very comfortable. However, if you're just looking for a place to sleep, it provides excellent value for the price. Staff in this hotel doesn't speak English, so communication can be difficult if you don't know Japanese.

コンフォートシングルの部屋に宿泊しました。 ツインルームからベッドを抜いただけのようで、すこし違和感のある部屋で、空いたスペースに申し訳程度の小さなデスクが備え付けられていました。 室内は清潔で、最小限のアメニティが備わっており、歯ブラシなどはフロントから自由に持っていける近頃よくみるエコなシステム。 大浴場にはいかなかったのでわかりません。値段相応のホテルかと思います。 飲み屋街に隣接しているため飲食には便利ですが、ホテルに戻るときもキャッチに声をかけられるのが少し気になります。

入り口でおもちゃが無償レンタル出来ることや、オムツが無料でもらえる、ベビーガードも借りれるなど、子育て世帯には申し分ないホテルです。部屋も子供入れて4人で過ごすのに何不自由ありませんでした。すぐ隣にコンビニもあるのでちょっとした買い物もすぐに可能です。また機会があれば優先順位高めで選択したいと思います。
