"The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. I really enjoyed the pool too and all the convenience around. Unfortunately the room never felt clean, they gave you one roll of toilet paper at a time and there were a variety of living creatures in my room from mice to lizards, ants and I believe the mattress had either fleas or bed bugs. I got bit so many time. "

"There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."

"The room was very small and suffocated with not adequate airflow. The actual property did not look like the picture at all. This is a false advertising and it is a shame that hotels.com allow this. Very outdated place. The room smelled unfresh and was not cool even with aircon. The price in hotels.com was actually way higher and no refund."

"Very central and good value property with nice gardens and friendly staff. Looks a bit run-down in areas, especially by the pool with many cracked and broken slabs, some of which have dangerous, sharp edges. My bathroom had an unpleasant smell and the rooms are poorly insulated for noise. However, all things considered it's a good resort for the price. "
