"Dårlig start ved, at der undskyldes med, at de først har modtaget vores booking dagen før og ikke tilbyder baby seng. Der er heller ingen legeplads, som der står på Hotels.com Derefter fejl ved servering af frokost. Derefter myrer på værelset... da vi vågnede om morgenen var der en stor kakerlak på gulvet. Da vi skulle betale ville de have betaling for den ekstra seng som manageren tilbød fordi de ingen baby seng havde. De endte dog med ikke at kræve betalingen for ekstra seng....

"Absolutely stunning! What a wonderful and unique gem. Staff went above and beyond, attentive to all our needs, clean room and bathroom, coolest bathroom ever! Firm bed and pillows but I don't mind, provided toiletries and delicious options for breakfast. Infinity pool was a bonus! I totally recommend. Manager and staff do a wonderful job maintaining property in wonderful shape. I'm already making plans to return to this adorable wooden villa. "

"I’ve stayed at the Alaya twice and both times have exceeded my expectations. This time for 1 week and it was just perfect. The staff is amazing. The spa is incredible, pools and gym are all a 10. I would definitely stay here again. Location is close to the center and walkable to a lot IF the heat wasn’t so intense but it’s Bali and it is, so we still needed to use taxis to get to some of the “spots” but not a big deal. Lots of restaurants and shops near. Yoga Barn is literally next door if that’s your vibe! "
