"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clara went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible though nothing else was pleasant about the place. There's no microwave not only in the room but the whole lodge didn't even have 1 single microwave, not even in their kitchen. We asked the owner if he could organize a microwave for us, he said he'd look into it but never did.The toaster was broken, we literally had to stand next to it and hold the button down while toasting the bread...

"Hi, when i entered at hotel there was no porter to pick my luggage. then when i enter to room i found so much dirtyness and i found it was not like as per Picture Uploaded in expedia.com. Secondly, wifi was not performing okay Thirdly, HOT water is not coming properly and cold water is dirty as coming out from TAP. Fourth, In breakfast is was so bad, smell around the restaurant was too stinky and bad, you can even stand there.UUUFFFFFF totatl experience was BAD and TERRIBLE."

"I can not recommend this property. It looks nothing like the photos. It needs serious maintenance. I can say that the bed was comfortable and clean. That's about all I can say on the positive side. The ponds are completely dry. Grounds are not well maintained. Bathroom door did not latch. Fridge did not work. No drinking water in room. Mosquitos were plentiful. Mosquito net but no way to spray the ones already inside the net. We called on our way into town to make sure rooms were ready. One was...

"Lovely place with little cottages and garden around a pool. Very nice people. This place is not in the city centre."

"The accommodation was fair. Located in a convenient and easily accessible location. Catering was good except for breakfast which was very limited. This is a touristy area so the nightclub music is very loud until early hours of the morning even In the week. The property does not have a generator so there is only WiFi access for 6 hours a day. Zambia is currently going through severe power outages, with 6 hours electricity every 18 hours. "

"If you are looking for luxury lodging this is not it. But it has a very cool and comfortable vibe to it. It was winter when we stayed (June) so we did not use the pool but they were still keeping it clean. The best thing about this property is the service. Property manager (Darius) and his staff did absolutely anything they could to make our brief stay everything we wanted it to be. The property is also very conveniently located to all river/falls tours. Very happy we chose to stay here...
