"We stayed here as a recovery from a road trip around Zambia and it was perfect. They are very customer service oriented. "Tongabezi is amazing!! I stayed for one week and didnt want to leave. "There are not enough good things written about this property on the internet. Staying in one of the Island Treehouses was one of the single most incredible and unique experiences for this lifetime traveller. I'm so glad we ended up here on a whim. "What a wonderful stay! This unique eco-lodge is lovingly built with so many fun and artistic features. We really enjoyed the cool sleep and outdoor shower but the grounds are quiet and picturesque too. Lovely historic property.

"We were really looking forward to our stay here and the hotel delivered. Our room was gorgeous with a really gorgeous aesthetic that balanced Classic and modern design. Service was really nice and staff very friendly (especially Lauren at check in). We organised transfers through the hotel; and all of them turned up perfectly on time which really impressed me. My one criticism would be the Livingstone Room, it was marketed as a very high end restaurant, and the service was lovely indeed; but the food was quite mediocre and forgettable and many of the wines were unavailable. In addition, the vegetarian option was the same as what I ate the night before on the terrace which was disappointing. Nonetheless, the history and character of this hotel was exceptional and we had a truly lovely stay. "

"This is a world class 5 star resort with guest services second to none. They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond for you. The resort and grounds are immaculate. Magnificent views of Zambezi and can see the spray from the falls. We stayed here for three weeks and I would highly recommend it. Sharon and her whole team at guest services were spectacular and always went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Trinity and his team at the front desk are very accommodating. Peter and his team in the restaurant and kitchen provide amazing service.You can truly immerse yourself in the African culture here if you desire"
