"Casino dining options are poor such busy periods and disappointing most the restaurants are closed. The casino experience is no longer a preference things usually change for the better in this case the worst. "

"Good location. Heated pool didnt work. Security deposit to exspensive. Had to pay for towels and carpark to low had to park on the street that cost a fortune. Apart from that the room was great and the property was exactly as the photos depict."

"Staff was amazing. Extremely helpful and kind, offered to help us with luggage. Shower in 30B had some mold and a little bit of missed cleaning. There was a couple holes in the roof that leaked when raining. Overall an enjoyable experience and would return."

"Great little spot a couple of streets from beach, across the road from casino and pacific fair. Fairly quiet. However some construction on the street, I was pleased to see they offered ear plugs. Stayed for business aircon was great and staff were absolutely lovely thanks Naomi."

"Nicely located property close to the broadbeach centre. Resort is on the smallish side but has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Resort is slightly dated but very clean.and the Lifts are super fast compared to spme resorts. I would recommend this resort and would stay again."

"I love historic hotels. This is an original and still popular with locals, and oozes history. I would love to have eaten there but I was out all day every day, as the menu looks great. I loved the refurb. of the unit with clean new carpet, and everything new.
