It was a short walk to the Rhone River and the beautiful walkway along the river, all kinds of dining options, the amazing Roman ruins, and the tourism information office (whose staff were also extremely helpful). After we had shopped at the huge Saturday market - also easy to walk to - we brought our goodies back to La Muette and the staff supplied us with plates, knives and forks to enjoy our lunch on their patio. The only minor drawback...

"Its a great spot a little out of town so it will take about 20-30 minutes to walk in or out. There isn’t much around there in terms of restaurants or shops. But I would go again."
