"The man at the desk was not the most polite and sounded very unhappy to be there. The windows were hard to close and this made the traffic at night noisier than it should have been. The room was clean and everything in it was very helpful, but we could hear anyone on the corridor and every emergency service vehicle that passed."

"The best hotel I’ve stayed in the past 5 years. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and filled with extras and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the choice of different pillows was such a benefit. "

"I've stayed at the Garden's a few times and it's proper little gem of a hotel. It's right in the main shopping area but quiet and although a bit dated inside it's nice and cosy. I usual stop in the suites at the top and always found them clean and quiet. Breakfast is good, you can choose fro continental options and then have a freshly cooked full English. All in all a nice little hotel usually one of the cheaper options and doesn't look much from the front but deceptively nice inside. "
