"Tv channels didn't have English outside of political channels, room incredibly small, dusty vents and air condition help not available for front staff and no one shared about the airport shuttle. Last but not least, one day I was at the bar and nobody asked what I needed. I stayed there at least 15 minutes seeing at least 4 staff members. After that, i just left..."

"Good hotel nothing special. I booked last minute and got a great rate. The rooms were very spacious compared to everything else we stayed in. The rooms are modern with plenty of places to charge your devices the room felt like it had recently received a mild renovation there were fixtures still taped off from painting. "We came for my daughter’s 21st birthday for 2 nights. Everything was perfect. Not many facilities but not needed as everything local to hotel. We would come back to this hotel again. Thank you staff. "

"Overall an acceptable hotel but some of the decoration is tired, could do with deep cleaniing. Daily cleaning was good by the staff. The breakfast items were very good, almost 'Full English' as opposed to continental. Could do with a new Toaster, one where the handle to push the bread down doesn't keep falling off!!! If visiting Paris again, I would use this hotel once more. Very close to a Metro Station which is always a bonus!"

"Immediately outside Terminal 3 where you can walk across the street and get the airport tram to the other terminals or the RER or the regular TGV/SNCF train. There's a restaurant in the hotel. Good breakfast. The dinner menu at dinner time has variety but for a vegetarian it's limited. However if you are just staying a night coming or going it is not a big deal. Several other hotels next door if you want to go to their restaurants but I didn't try that. Friendly and helpful staff. Grab and go food in the cooler in the lobby as well for odd hours or quick food. Clean. Spacious enough to repack your bags and such in the room. I like staying here for the night before an early flight. Pet friendly. Will stay again."
