"Cute property close to the main town. Rooms were a decent size, bathroom was tiny and not enough towels. Wifi patchy in the rooms. Some rooms not the most convenient to get to - eg up a very narrow flight of stairs then down another. This was tricky to navigate with luggage and a little unsafe."

The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. The room was spacious with a good view and amenities, loved the little coffee machine.The area itself is very lively with lots to see and do within an easy walk of the hotel."

"Recently renovated so no sign of 'tired carpets' or similar: everything immaculate. Possibly denuded of any real 'alpine' feel in the process though. Staff all very polite and helpful. My room had a hoid sized shower room (shiny floor as is so often the case - good job i had flip flops) but the room itself was far from spacious. "The best thing about this hotel is the staff. Kind, welcoming, cheerful. Our room is good. Bed is comfortable. Sheets and bedding, while good, are getting a little old. Same for the bathroom. The area is peaceful and quiet. The restaurant downstairs, unrelated to the hotel, is a surprisingly great find. Top-notch stone oven pizzas and seafood full of locals."

"I’ve stayed here in the past and the level of service and quality was higher in the past. There was more care and attention to detail. For example, in the past when I’d left my luggage in between stays, it was waiting for me in my room when I returned. This time, they didn’t give me any tags for the luggage, it sat in an unlocked room and when I checked in and asked for it the reception desk said ‘try that room there’ and made no effort to assist me.
